Classes are taught from an established curriculum, led with clear instruction through postures and guidance through introversions. These standards of care and attention create an environment for students to experience the true meaning of yoga.

INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP - This orientation is a one-time workshop required for all students. Learn the what, how, and why of yoga here at The Yoga Way. Allow yourself to be guided through the direct experience of postures, breath, and relaxation techniques.

BASIC - The focus is on developing a strong foundation, through precise alignment and form, on which to build a regular practice. Immerse yourself in the experience of yoga to purify body and mind.

STRETCH - Postures are chosen with a concentration on opening and stretching the body. Form is held and the body is allowed to relax into the openings.

EXTENDED FORMAT - Once basic form and technique are achieved and consistency and commitment is evident, you will be invited to practice the Extended Format. Here we merge all the foundational practices for a deeper exploration of yoga.

COMBINATION CLASS - Open to all students. This class will provide a select sampling of postures, breathwork, and relaxation.

MEDITATION - Techniques are discussed and applied in this experiential meditation offering. Learn ways to become still and the skill to stabilize the mind.

PRIVATE AND ADVANCED INSTRUCTION - Inquiries should be made to the Director.

PRENATAL - Class is designed specifically for the expectant mother. Come for yoga postures, breath work, meditation, and a supportive community.
