Classes are taught from an established curriculum, using clear instruction through postures and gentle guidance through introversion. These standards of care and attention create an environment where students begin to explore the form and purpose of yoga.

INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP - This orientation is a one-time workshop required for all students. Learn the what, how, and why of yoga at Yoga Way. Allow yourself to be guided through the direct experience of postures, breath, and relaxation techniques.

COMPREHENSIVE PRACTICE -
Focus is on developing a strong foundation--an exploration of form and function--on which to build a regular practice. Begin purifying the body and mind.

CLASSICAL STRETCH -
Postures are chosen with a concentration on opening and stretching the body. Form is held and the body is allowed to relax into the openings.

COMPREHENSIVE STUDY - Once basic form and technique are achieved and consistency and commitment is evident, you will be invited to practice this format. A merger of all the foundational practices leads to a deeper philosophical exploration of yoga.

MEDITATION
- Techniques are discussed and applied in this experiential meditation offering. Learn ways to become still and the skill to stabilize the mind.

- Class is designed specifically for the expectant mother. Come for yoga postures, breath work, meditation, and a supportive community.
